BidCrest is owned and operated by Neatlife Ltd ("the Company"), a software solutions company registered in Nigeria. By using this site you agree to the terms below.
Terms of Service
1. The service. BidCrest provides tender-opportunity information, a servicing-company directory, and document-preparation tools. The Company is an information and software provider only; it is not a party to, agent for, or guarantor of any tender, contract, or transaction between users and any third party.
2. No guarantee of award. Use of BidCrest does not guarantee pre-qualification, shortlisting, or award of any contract. Tender information is aggregated from public sources and users; while we review entries, the Company does not warrant its completeness or accuracy, and users must verify all details against the official advert before acting.
3. User responsibility. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of documents they prepare, information they list in the directory, and submissions they make to any issuer. Submission of false documents to tender issuers carries serious consequences under Nigerian law and is strictly prohibited on this platform.
4. Directory listings. Listing is a paid service (currently ₦11,999/quarter or ₦38,000/year), activates on payment confirmation, and runs for 12 months. The Company may decline, suspend, or remove any listing that is false, unlawful, or harms the platform's integrity, without refund where breach is established.
5. Intellectual property. The BidCrest software, templates, and brand remain the property of Neatlife Ltd. Users retain ownership of their own uploaded documents.
6. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, the Company's total liability arising from use of BidCrest is limited to the fees paid by the user in the three (3) months preceding the claim. The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost bids, lost profit, or lost opportunity.
7. Governing law & disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably; failing that, by arbitration in Port Harcourt under the Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023.
8. Changes. The Company may update these terms; continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.

Privacy Policy (NDPA 2023)
1. Data controller. Neatlife Ltd is the data controller under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA). Contact: privacy@bidcrest.ng.
2. What we collect. Contact details (name, email, phone), company information you list, documents you upload for bid preparation, and payment references. Card details are processed entirely by Paystack — we never see or store them.
3. Why (lawful basis). To provide the services you request (contract), to send the contracts digest you subscribed to (consent — withdraw anytime via the unsubscribe link), and to secure and improve the platform (legitimate interest).
4. Sharing. We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with processors needed to run the service (hosting, email delivery, payment processing) under appropriate safeguards, or where Nigerian law requires disclosure.
5. Retention. Account and listing data is kept while your account is active and for up to 6 years after (statutory/tax records); digest emails until you unsubscribe; uploaded bid documents until you delete them.
6. Your rights. Under the NDPA you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC). Write to privacy@bidcrest.ng; we respond within statutory timelines.
7. Security. Data is stored with encryption at rest and in transit with our hosting provider; access is restricted and logged.

Refund Policy
1. Directory listing fees purchase a digital service that activates immediately on payment; accordingly, fees are non-refundable once the listing is live, including where a listing is later removed for breach of the Terms.
2. Duplicate or erroneous charges (e.g. double payment, failed activation) are refunded in full within fourteen (14) business days of verification. Email billing@bidcrest.ng with the Paystack reference.
3. Bid-preparation service engagements are governed by their individual written agreements.
